Rec-Com Outdoors has announced a major expansion of its team as the company continues to strengthen its presence across the recreational fishing industry. The company is currently recruiting for six new positions across sales and marketing, reinforcing its commitment to supporting retailers, expanding market reach and accelerating brand growth across the United States.
The expansion includes four regional sales positions covering the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, Gulf Coast and West Coast, alongside two new marketing roles designed to enhance the company’s growing marketing and digital capabilities.
Together, the new hires will support the continued growth of Rec-Com Outdoors’ portfolio of fishing and outdoor brands while strengthening relationships with the independent dealers and retailers who serve anglers across the country.
“Our dealer network has always been at the center of our growth strategy,” said Eddie Gaw, Vice President at Rec-Com Outdoors. “As demand continues to increase across our product lines, expanding our team allows us to better support retailers, provide stronger regional coverage and continue investing in the long-term success of our dealer partners.”
The addition of four regional sales representatives will expand Rec-Com Outdoors’ ability to provide hands-on support to fishing tackle retailers throughout key coastal markets. These representatives will work directly with dealers to introduce new products, provide product education and help retailers grow their fishing tackle businesses.
Alongside the sales expansion, Rec-Com Outdoors is also strengthening its marketing capabilities with the addition of a Creative Media Designer and a Marketing Coordinator. These roles will support the company’s increasing focus on digital marketing, content creation and dealer support materials across its brands.
“As our brands continue to grow, so does the level of marketing support we provide to retailers,” said Karen Horne, Marketing Director. “From in-store merchandising and product education to digital marketing and industry events, our goal is to help our dealers succeed in a competitive market.”
The hiring initiative reflects the company’s broader momentum within the fishing and outdoor recreation sector, where Rec-Com Outdoors continues to expand its product offering and distribution network. For independent dealers and distributors across the US, the company’s expansion represents a continued commitment to investing in the retail channel.
“Our focus remains on building strong partnerships with retailers who serve the fishing community,” said Gaw. “As we grow, our dealers grow with us.”
Rec-Com Outdoors is currently accepting applications for all six positions and encourages qualified candidates with experience in the fishing, marine or outdoor industries to apply.
