Diamond Fishing Products Unveils APEX Micro-Braid Bulk Spools and Gen 3 Dacron at ICAST 2025

Developed for anglers who demand maximum efficiency without sacrificing performance, APEX Micro-Braid is now available in high-capacity 1500-yard spools—perfect for fully loading large offshore reels or outfitting multiple setups with consistency. Built using advanced 8-carrier braiding techniques and finished with a polymer coating, APEX delivers smooth, long-distance casting, excellent color retention, and elevated sensitivity where it matters most.

Constructed with a 16-carrier weave, Dacron Gen III is engineered for exceptional strength, abrasion resistance, and ultra-low stretch—making it ideal for wind-on leader systems, backing, and other high-load rigging applications. Designed for smooth splicing and high-torque conditions, it offers reliable performance when every connection counts.

Dacron Gen III is available in 50lb, 80lb, 130lb, and 200lb test in both 100- and 600-yard spools, and comes in Black or Orange for high-visibility applications.
